“Revealed helped make our new products a massive success in the market and in CNET’s ‘Best Home Security Cameras of 2020’ report. We won best camera outright, best outdoor camera, and best doorbell.”

The Stages of Creating Growth
Let’s collaborate and co-create growth insights and strategies.
Understand
Understand the current market landscape. How are customers shopping and selecting products now?
Ideate
Informed by the current market landscape, what new prodcuts, segments, or use cases are worth exploring?
Simulate Shopping
We will turn your ideas into concepts for new offerings and simulate market response with consumers in your ICP.
Decide
Simulated market response will give you data to help you decide what offerings to pursue, which to abandon, and which require more work.
Simulated Shopping
How will you get consumers to hire your product?
Jobs to be Done
The Market Landscape work from phase 1 will inform what Jobs to be Done exist in the market, and which we will need to create in order for this new product offering to succeed.
Growth Concepts
The output of the Ideation phase will be a set of growth concepts. Each growth concept incldues an ICP definition, experience storyboard, messaging elements, product features and pricing.
Simulation Interviews
We will run simulated sales calls with groups of consumers from your ICP. The goal of these interviews is to assess whether or not the person will hire your new offering for a Job to be Done.
Debug the Hiring Process
The Hiring Process is the JTBD version of a Buyer's Journey. As you hear from people in your ICP, we will help you adjust the offering to their comprehension of and trust in the offering, how they imagine using it, and how they calculate value.
“We knew we needed to listen to the market, but when we talked to consumers, everyone on the team just heard what they wanted to hear. Revealed brought objectivity, credibility, leadership, and a methodology that helped us get unstuck and make big decisions.”
– Damien du Chéné, Chief Business Officer at Dreem
How it works
Rapidly generate validated insights
Our double-loop learning process combines workshops, smoke tests, and market simulations to generate insights fast.
Assess
First, we assess what your organization needs to create growth, and what’s getting in the way. The aim is to ensure we get the correct insights and design the best research, workshops, and experiments.
Prepare
Leading up to the sprint, we make sure you have Growth Concepts to test. If needed, we'll engage in a workshop to co-create a number of Growth Concepts with you.
Experiment
We work in short bursts of 1-2 weeks. During this time, we smoke test the Growth Concepts via Simulated Shopping. The aim is get fast feedback on what changes need to be made, so consumers will react the way we want them to.
Study
We work with your team to evaluate the results and discuss changes to the Growth Concepts. If the experiment succeeded, we will move on to market testing. If unsuccessful, we rethink the Growth Concepts or move on to another opportunity.
Simulate
With your Growth Concepts ready, it's time to put them into the market and see how the market responds. Will we get the desired reaction? Will consumers notice and buy it?
Act
Based on the results, we determine what to do next. Do we continue iterating on the Growth Concepts, or do we start building?
