How GTM Prototyping Works

The only way to know if a person will buy something is to try to sell it to them.

We help you develop variations of your new offering . Offering variations include different ICPs, messages, product features, and pricing.

Then we conduct interviews simulated sales calls with people who fit each ICP. During these calls we explore their needs, show them your product offering, and analyze their willingness to hire.

This approach allows you to see a buyer’s journey emerge while the product is still in the exploration phase.

Based on consumer response, we construct predictions about how the offering needs to change and how you can go to market.
